- Your order details, chosen collection time, and any notes you add
- The amount paid and a payment reference
Payment details. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Windcave. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you use the website. We may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, together with cookie data (see section 6).
3. Why we collect it
- To take, prepare and hand over your order
- To contact you about your order, including if an item is unavailable, there is a delay, or you have not arrived
- To process payment and issue receipts
- To deal with any problem, complaint or food safety matter relating to an order
- To meet our record-keeping obligations, including tax and food safety requirements
- To maintain and improve our website and menu
- To send you promotional messages, only where you have asked to receive them
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with parties who need it to help us operate.
